We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Morristown, New Jersey. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality post-acute care and rehabilitation services to our residents.

Our state-of-the-art facility features an all-new TCU Unit with telemetry care and a dedicated subacute floor with mostly private suites.

As an LPN at Morristown Post Acute, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by our medical team. You will monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team. Our ideal candidate is motivated, caring, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care and teamwork.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
