• To enhance the quality of life for residents/clients according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.
• One-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs.
• Project a positive image of the organization in dealings with residents/clients, co-workers, public.
• Errands, handling resident mail, flower arranging, seasonal decorating, cleaning activity areas/storage space, photographing residents, serving special meals, baking, gardening, creating craft projects.
