Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Atlantic Health, an established non‑profit healthcare system, is seeking a full‑time Certified Nurse Midwife to provide inpatient labor and delivery care at Morristown Medical Center. The CNM will work with a multidisciplinary OB/GYN team to deliver high‑quality care.
Location & ScheduleMorristown, New Jersey
12‑hour shifts: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. No on‑call.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, diagnosing, monitoring, and examining women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- Coordinate discharge planning and home care instructions.
- Complete medical records and submit billing information accurately.
- Collaborate with midwives, obstetricians, nurses, social workers, nutritionists and other team members.
- Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board.
- Registered Nurse license in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Prior OB/GYN clinical experience.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as a team player.
