JOB DESCRIPTION
Atlantic Health System is inviting applications for a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join the inpatient Palliative Care Team at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will: conduct comprehensive health histories and physical assessments; incorporate holistic care for patients with serious illnesses; accurately and timely document and plan continuum of care; manage symptoms and coordinate with primary care providers and specialists in an inpatient setting.
QUALIFICATIONS- Master’s degree in Nursing (required)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Palliative Care certification (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical acute‑care experience (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and ability to work independently
