Nursing Assistant - Per Diem PACU, Morristown Medica

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Administer basic treatments.
• Help ensure a safe care environment.
• Conduct continuous rounding throughout the shift to meet patient and family needs.
• Promote a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain good communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong customer-service skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior nursing experience strongly preferred.
• CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
