As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), You Will:

* Provide compassionate, personalized care by assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

* Observe residents and promptly report changes in physical or emotional condition to the nursing team

* Encourage residents to remain active, engaged, and connected through meaningful interactions and daily activities

* Assist with repositioning, ambulation, meals, and other resident care needs while promoting dignity and independence

* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

* Work collaboratively with nurses, medication aides, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care

* Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents can thrive

What We're Looking For

* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or home health is preferred

* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for serving older adults
