Registered Nurse​/Educator Nights M​/B, Morristown Medical Center

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff to Mother Baby Unit.
• Coordinate orientation schedule for Nurse Residents and new nursing staff.
• Participate in and facilitate staff compliance with mandatory educational requirements.
• Develop education plans and check-in with new nursing staff.
• Actively participate in education council and unit education meetings.
• Promote professional development and ongoing education with staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Valid NJ RN license.
• Active BLS/NRP certification.

• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of Mother Baby experience.
