• Active New Jersey RN License
• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP (Preferred)

Job Duties
:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, performing accurate assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions, respond to changes in patient status, and assist with labor, delivery, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families throughout the care journey, promoting understanding, comfort, and positive patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
