Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Morristown, New Jersey. This position involves providing comprehensive hospice care, including patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring effective communication within the interdisciplinary team. The RN will oversee medication reconciliation, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Every other weekend with scheduled days off during the week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  - Must have two (2) years of experience as RN in home hospice environment.
  
  - Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR), excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
  
  - Valid New Jersey RN license.
  
  - Current BLS certification.
  
  - Valid New Jersey drivers license.
  
  - Associates degree in Nursing (ASN) or diploma with RN licensure in New Jersey.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  - Three (3) or more years of RN experience in hospice care.
