Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Hospice Palliative Care RN for a travel assignment in Morristown, New Jersey. The RN will provide comprehensive hospice care, perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
Schedule is days, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, about 37.5 hours per week, with every other weekend. Requires 2+ years in home hospice, NJ RN license, BLS, EMR experience, valid NJ driver's license; ASN or diploma with RN
