RN​/LPN – Pediatric Home Care – Part-time​/Full-time

Reliant, a pediatric home care agency in New Jersey currently has a position for full time, part time and per diem RN/LPN. Training will be provided.

The RN/LPN will assess and follow the plan of care for patients in the home that they are assigned to. The RN/LPN will promoting continuity of safe and appropriate care through their work, whether episodic or for a shift.

Provides direct care to medically fragile children in their homes. This can include such skills such as Peg tube management, foley catheter care, wound care, trach care and medication administration. In some instances ventilators.

Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.

Performs job duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional and community standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed professional nursing.
• Current RN/LPN license
• Associate degree preferred.
• Prior pediatric home care experience preferred (training will be provided for those that dont have prior experience)
• Effective written and oral communications skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.

• 12 Hour Shift
• 8 Hour Shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night Shift
• Overtime
• Weekends
