With a convenient location next to Morristown Medical Center, our state-of-the-art center offers cutting-edge care and rehabilitation services to individuals facing cardiac, orthopedic, renal, or pulmonary issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, documenting patient information, and conducting routine vital sign checks

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team

• Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
