Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab oversees daily operations of a high-volume, advanced cardiovascular program, including interventional and electrophysiology procedures. This leadership role ensures quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs to optimize workflow.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of lab personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Develop, monitor, and manage operational and capital budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of five years' experience in a cardiac cath or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least two years in a leadership capacity.
• Possess strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.
• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and BLS certification required.
