American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring NJ or compact RN license and high-risk pregnancy experience.

• Work in the Delivery Room unit of a hospital setting
• EPIC charting system used
• 36 hours per week across 3 shifts of 12 hours each
• Floating as needed, including to a nearby sister hospital
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies required
• Competent assessment and clinical skills across patient populations

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver individualized nursing care
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care and progress
• Provide patient and family education throughout the care continuum
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals, including use of two patient identifiers and safe transfer techniques
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with the care team to prioritize patient needs and ensure continuity of care
• Local candidates accepted

In compliance with state pay transparency laws, we disclose that the estimated weekly pay range for this role is $2,793 - $2,989. The $2,989 weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, corresponds to the higher end of this range. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
