Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab

Flexible start times available from 7 AM to 9 AM, with a total shift length of 7.5 hours.

The Cardiac Cath Lab is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nation. This is a rare opportunity to lead operations in a high-volume Cath Lab, featuring cutting-edge interventional procedures and a robust regional cardiogenic shock program.

Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs to ensure optimal workflow and patient throughput.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab personnel.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.

Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.

Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and the adoption of best practices.

Serve as a key liaison with hospital leadership to contribute to strategic planning and service line growth.

Champion innovation in cardiovascular care by supporting advanced procedures and technologies.

Support regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms to accommodate growing patient volumes.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a clinical setting.

Experience managing large volume labs (4-5 labs minimum).

Critical Care/High Risk experience required.
