• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nursing staff, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and reporting changes in condition
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in activities and programs designed to enhance resident quality of life and overall well-being
• Act as an advocate for residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medication administration and medical histories
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current certifications and skills
