As a LPN on our weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
