You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care, promoting independence, comfort, and dignity to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Assist with vital functions, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medication administration
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
