As a Weekend LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care, promoting independence, comfort, and dignity to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with vital functions, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medication administration
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
