We are now hiring Part‑Time Dog Daycare Counselors at our Morristown facility.
Schedule:
Year‑round, part‑time position with 25-29 hours per week. Shift lengths vary based on business needs and your availability. Morning shifts begin at 6:30 AM; evening shifts end at 7:00 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Pay:
Starting rate is $16.00-$17.00/hour based on prior professional pet care experience.
- Supervise and engage in playful group and individual activities for dogs of various breeds and sizes.
- Monitor dog behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Assist in crafting unique dog enrichment plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all pet and work areas.
- Provide daily updates to pet parents, fostering strong relationships.
- Collaborate with our amazing teams, all dedicated to expert pet care.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must love and be able to confidently handle dogs of all breeds and sizes; from the teacup type to the 'are you sure that's not a horse?' and everything in between
- A basic understanding of dog behavior and body language
- Prior experience in dog daycare or boarding facility (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to read and write in English (for documentation, communication, and safety procedures)
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts (essential as we care for dogs 365 days a year!).
