Main Responsibilities
- Support tactical execution of US HEVA work for Neurology (Multiple Sclerosis; Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy) and Next Generation Immunology assets (Atopic Dermatitis; Celiac Disease; Inflammatory Bowel Disease; IgG4-related diseases; Nasal Polyps, etc.).
- Design and execute HEOR research (economic modeling, database analysis, observational research, systematic literature review, evidence synthesis, post hoc clinical trial analyses, AMCP dossier development, and other HEOR deliverables) to support value demonstration and differentiation in the US.
- Drive measurable business impact via compliant, efficient HEVA tactics supporting commercial and market access goals.
- Execute comprehensive US HEVA tactics; set evidence generation priorities for assigned indications and translate target value propositions and US access strategies into evidence hypotheses, requirements, and generation plans.
- Partner with US Medical Affairs/Value & Access and Policy teams to ensure evidence informs value frameworks, PDAB/ICER responses, and value-based contracting strategies.
- Build cross-functional relationships; align with Global HEVA; communicate complex health economics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Apply HTA/process and compliance knowledge to ensure HEOR activities comply with internal SOPs and applicable laws/regulations.
- 3+ years HEOR/real-world evidence (or related) in pharma/biotech; or 5+ years in a CRO/non-clinical research setting.
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; peer-reviewed publications; strong partnership abilities; integrity and ethics.
- Demonstrated HEOR methods experience; evidence-based medicine/clinical research principles; knowledge of US healthcare and payer systems.
- Preferred:
Neurology and/or Immunology experience; ICER review experience. - Nice to have: proficiency with HEOR digital tools, data platforms, real-world data analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
