Location:
Morristown, New Jersey (Hybrid – 3 days in office), with occasional travel for internal meetings, client meetings, and events.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Position OverviewHead of Retail & eCommerce (US) – responsible for leading the omni‑channel business footprint, managing retail and eCommerce accounts, and ensuring brand image quality.
Responsibilities- Strategic Business Planning: Design, establish, and execute annual retail sales strategy and business plans aligned with ISDIN’s global growth milestones.
- Commercial Growth: Drive tailored commercial strategies with retail and digital partners to expand SKU penetration.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage Account Executives to ensure flawless execution across marketing campaigns, pricing alignment, and brand positioning.
- Data‑Driven Optimization: Analyze store sales data, inventory reports, and customer purchasing habits to push slow‑moving SKUs and design localized commercial strategies.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen long‑term, high‑level relationships with top‑tier commercial partners and stakeholders.
- Budgeting: Allocate and manage activation budget to optimize commercial spend and drive ROI.
- Brand Custodian: Maintain premium image, corporate values, and reputation across all digital and commercial touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Key Account Management (KAM) and Retail Marketing.
- Proven experience growing brands within Beauty Specialty Retailers;
Sephora experience is a plus. - Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital & sales strategies.
- Preferred background in beauty, dermocosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Direct experience with P&L and budget management.
- Practical CRM & ERP proficiency.
- Strong inventory and category management skills and strategic cross‑selling capabilities.
- Excellent data analytics skills to track, measure, and optimize performance.
