As a Community Outreach Sales Associate, you will play a key role in connecting people to life‑changing care while building a successful, long‑term career in a high‑impact, relationship‑driven role.
What You'll Do- Manage and grow a territory of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations
- Build strong, consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
- Drive admissions through ethical, relationship‑based outreach
- Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization within your market
- Maintain consistent communication and follow‑up with referral sources
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required
- Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards

Compensation & Benefits- Associate level starting at $70,000+ base salary
