We are a licensed Homecare Agency based in Morristown, NJ, serving clients in Morris and Union counties by providing licensed caregivers and companions to elderly and/or disabled adults. Our goal is to create a trusted, supportive service that allows seniors and adults with disabilities to age and live safely and comfortably  Caring Senior Service, connecting seniors with compassionate in-home support is more than a goal—it’s our calling.

We are seeking a self‑motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a field‑based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships.

• Develop and maintain referral sources
• Generate and close new leads
• Conduct outreach including cold calling and regular visits to potential referral sources
• Plan and attend community events
• Track performance and submit weekly reports
  
  Manage your own schedule and territory

• Comfortable with cold calling and in‑person marketing visits with potential referral sources
• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Confident communicator with public speaking ability
• Results‑oriented, assertive, and competitive
• Ability to handle rejection professionally

• Sales/marketing experience or degree
• Healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
• Full‑time availability
