- You will develop a strategic collaboration with key accounts at the highest management level to position Schindler as apreferred supplier worldwide. You will coordinate with Country Operations to achieve consistent customer performance achieving increasing market share and profitability.
- Focus on Integrated Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate amongst other Vertical markets
- Build a strong network of relationships at the highest C-level with assigned strategic Global Accounts
- Develop strategic collaboration and detailed action plan to position Schindler as the preferred supplier in all countries where the customer operates
- Conduct triple-fit analysis and professional implementation of account plan activities
- Responsible for Global Account Strategy, Account Plan, and driving profitability of Global Account business in collaboration with Country Operations and national Key Account Managers
- Significant experience in managing global/national key accounts, 10+ years of related experience
- Proven competence in developing and maintaining C-level (board-level) relationships
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects (commercial and/or service related), preferably in alarge/global organization
- Superior executive sales skills including qualification, competitive differentiation, and closing
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar required; MBA from a reputable business school preferred

Base Salary $148,100 - $200,100
The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
