Foundry is hiring a full-time, bilingual sales and customer success lead. You own the deal from the first conversation through the customer's first successful month, roughly 70 percent sales and 30 percent customer success, and there is no playbook to inherit. You will write it.
The role includes a base of $800 per month plus a tiered bounty for Pro subscribers and a 5 percent residual for 12 months on sourced accounts, with long-term upside based on milestones.
