Security Officer Part Time Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, patients, and staff, and help to verify identification, visitor logs, and/or access permissions in accordance with site protocols.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Answer phones, provide directions, and document routine activities, reports, and unusual events with attention to detail and professionalism.;
Help to support an orderly front desk presence by observing entrances, managing visitor flow, and following post instructions for restricted areas and/or after-hours access.
