Security Officer Lobby Security Coordinator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, managing visitor access, and supporting security-related protocols for a healthcare location;
Monitor entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor information as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and/or emergency personnel when appropriate;
Answer phones, assist residents, patients, visitors, and staff with general questions, and report maintenance, access, and other security-related concerns according to site procedures
