Tree Service Crew Member (Climber, Foreman, Ground Crew, or CDL Driver)

Our client is seeking experienced tree care professionals including Climbers, Foremen, Ground Crew, and CDL Drivers.

• Top pay based on experience and position:
• Climber $35.00 - $45.00
• CDL $26.00 - $35.00
• Non-CDL $22.00 - $25.00

• Execute daily tree work safely and efficiently, operating as part of a highly professional crew.

• Engage actively in continuous education and high-level training programs provided by the company.
• Take personal pride in all work completed on site.
• Transport equipment and personnel to job sites safely (applicable to CDL Driver roles).

• Proven experience in the tree service industry, 3 years minimum.
• Direct experience in at least one of the following roles:
  Climber, Foreman, Ground Crew, or CDL Driver.
• A strong commitment to building a long-term career in the tree care industry.
• Dedication to stringent safety standards and professional conduct.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing education.
