  • Perform routine electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of single and three‑phase motors, testing of protective devices, and comprehensive electrical safety inspections
  • Work within GMP and controlled lab environments, following strict gowning, cleaning, and contamination control protocols while maintaining all electrical systems to pharmaceutical/biotechnology facility standards
  • Complete and maintain proper documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and SOPs, capture all work data including material costs and labor hours, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with facility occupants, coordinate with utility providers, supervise electrical contractors, and maintain organized electrical rooms in compliance with NFPA and NEC standards
  • Review electrical system performance, develop maintenance recommendations with Chief Engineer, operate Building Automation System electrical interfaces, and maintain site compliance with JLL JCAP audit requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or state equivalent and completion of electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent trade school education
  • Completion of electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent trade school education (minimum of 2 or 3 years experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
