Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems;
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, hardware, roofing, irrigation, painting, and general building systems;
Respond promptly to tenant service requests and maintenance emergencies to ensure safety and satisfaction;
Complete scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance for life safety, mechanical, and building equipment;
Maintain accurate work orders, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and daily activity records to ensure proper documentation and compliance
