Salesforce Lead Developer

Job Summary

The Salesforce Dev Lead role will utilize strong architect-level expertise to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and provide technical leadership to the team. This individual will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, while guiding developers and ensuring best practices across the team. Candidate must have strong financial services cloud experience.

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and hands‑on development across Financial Services Cloud, Omni Studio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead full SDLC delivery (design, build, test, deploy).
• Architect and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI‑driven workflows, automation, and conversational interactions.
• Define and govern integration architecture (APIs, eventing) and data models with strong security and compliance standards.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality, reviews, and reusable design patterns.
• Lead Dev Ops strategy (CI/CD, environment management) and troubleshoot complex, cross‑environment production issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while driving AI innovation and identifying high‑impact Agentforce use cases.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Salesforce development leadership, including hands‑on development and solution design within the financial industry.
• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.

• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
