Senior-Level Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a senior-level Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving business problems—not just writing code. In this role, you'll partner directly with business stakeholders to design, build, and modernize enterprise applications from concept through deployment.

This is a hands-on opportunity to own projects, influence technical decisions, and develop modern applications using today's technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack applications from the ground up.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Build modern web applications, APIs, and services.
• Modernize existing applications and develop new business capabilities.
• Participate in architecture, deployments, and Agile delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve productivity.

• 7+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Experience building applications from scratch.
• Ability to work directly with business users and gather requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern development practices.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Git Hub Copilot, or Cursor is a plus.

• Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
• Experience modernizing enterprise applications.
• Background leading technical initiatives or owning projects end-to-end.

This role offers the opportunity to build new applications, modernize enterprise platforms, work directly with business leaders, and own solutions from idea through delivery in a collaborative engineering environment. Onsite 4 days/Week NYC/NJ Metro
