Lead Salesforce Developer

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join one of their top financial clients in Morristown, NJ (4x on site). This role will utilize strong architect-level expertise to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and provide technical leadership to the team. The individual will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, guiding developers, and ensuring best practices across the team.

The role will drive solution design, mentor team members, and partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver Salesforce implementations.
