Job Description
The Enterprise Communication Application Engineer is responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise-wide communication platforms. This includes systems such as messaging, paging systems, and clinical or operational communication solutions – e.g., Spok Software & Wireless, Emergency Alert system and Vocera.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience supporting enterprise communication platforms such as Operator Console, paging systems, messaging applications and healthcare communication platforms – e.g., Spok, Vocera, secure messaging solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
