Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented Crew Scheduler/Dispatcher to join our operations team. This full‑time position involves crew scheduling and coordinating trips for a high‑profile client operating large‑cabin aircraft under Part 91, out of Morristown, NJ. You will work closely with the clients and executive assistants to schedule and manage a fast‑paced, hybrid schedule that requires a flexible schedule and some weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities- Client & Principal Liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact, working directly with client principals and their executive assistants to seamlessly accommodate schedule changes, travel preferences, and itinerary details. - Crew Member Scheduling:
Proactively schedule flight crew members, optimize tracking for crew duty limits, and manage roster changes to maintain legal rest requirements under FAR Part 91. - Flight Dispatch & Logistics:
Handle end‑to‑end trip planning for large‑cabin aircraft, including catering and ground transport. Ensure compliance with FAA and company safety and operational standards.
- Experience:
2–5 years of corporate flight dispatch or corporate aviation crew scheduling experience under Part 91. - Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 duty/time regulations preferred.
- Experience with flight scheduling or trip‑planning software (Trip Planning, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills with executives and assistants.
- Strong multitasking and organizational ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational environment—including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
