Scheduler​/Dispatcher

In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll manage flight schedules, coordinate crew assignments, and oversee trip logistics for large-cabin aircraft. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive assistants regarding flight schedules and trip requirements.
• Coordinate schedule changes, travel preferences, itinerary details, and last-minute adjustments.
• Manage flight crew scheduling while ensuring compliance with applicable duty and rest requirements.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end trips for large-cabin aircraft.
• Arrange catering, ground transportation, and other trip-related logistics.
• Monitor trip details and proactively address scheduling or operational issues.
• Ensure all flight arrangements comply with FAA regulations, FAR Part 91 requirements, and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with flight crews, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Support 24/7 flight operations and respond effectively to time-sensitive operational needs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate flight dispatch, aviation scheduling, or crew scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 duty and rest requirements.
• Experience using flight scheduling or trip-planning software, such as Trip Planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with executives and high-profile clients.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• $85,000–$100,000 annual salary, based on qualifications and experience.
