The Director, Mainline Franchise will be accountable for identifying and driving growth opportunities across Mainline. This role will lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring optimal product growth across the portfolio.

The role will be responsible for driving full portfolio and brand‑specific uptake, via both new customer acquisition and identification of product‑level sources of growth. The position requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic growth identification and execution across the Mainline Franchise portfolio, leveraging analytics, market intelligence, and cross‑functional business insights to identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities
  • Lead end‑to‑end growth initiative development from strategic conceptualization through full‑scale execution, including cross‑functional leadership spanning sales, market access, etc.
  • Define and execute comprehensive growth strategies including strategic offer development, market expansion initiatives, and customer segmentation strategies that deliver measurable business impact
  • Champion innovation and transformational thinking in offer design, customer acquisition strategies, and business model evolution, fostering a culture of creative problem‑solving and market‑leading solutions
  • Deliver measurable growth outcomes, ensuring ROI targets are met while building sustainable competitive advantages in the marketplace
  • Lead and oversee cross‑franchise strategy and execution, including but not limited to public health and vaccine hesitancy needs
  • Lead a team and foster a culture of performance, collaboration and innovation
  • Own senior leader alignment processes and gain buy‑in and support for key initiatives to drive growth across the franchise
  • Lead cross‑functional work streams to deliver on Mainline Franchise key priorities, inclusive of omnichannel strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, marketing, sales, or related fields, ideally in vaccine and/or healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in sales force engagement

  • MBA preferred, people leadership preferred
