Client Service Associate

Our client, an established Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to support high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships. This role combines client service, account administration, and coordination with custodians to ensure accurate and timely execution of client requests.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HNW clients for administrative and service-related matters
• Support onboarding and account opening, including preparation and review of documentation
• Process client transactions (money movements, transfers, distributions, contributions)
• Coordinate with custodians to resolve account issues and ensure accurate processing
• Maintain and update client records and CRM systems
• Assist with account maintenance, including beneficiary updates and standing instructions
• Prepare materials for client meetings and follow up on action items
• Monitor pending items to ensure completion within required timelines
• Support advisors in managing ongoing client relationships

• 1+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or RIA environment
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients
• Familiarity with custodial platforms and account opening procedures
• Knowledge of brokerage and advisory account operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66) or willingness to obtain
• Experience with CRM and portfolio management systems
