We operate 25 retail stores in 15 counties to serve over 1,800 individuals annually. Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a CNA Instructor at Goodwill Industries-Knoxville, Inc., located in Morristown, TN. The CNA Instructor will be responsible for conducting CNA training classes, providing hands-on instruction, and evaluating student performance. The instructor will also ensure the training program meets state regulations and maintain updated records of student progress and certification status.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or training nurse assistants or train the trainer certification
• Knowledge of state regulations related to CNA programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and student engagement
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• LPN License and at least one year of long-term care experience
• Experience working with individuals with barriers to employment is a plus
