As the site’s Reliability Engineering leader, you will:

• Develop and continuously improve the plant reliability and maintenance strategy
• Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment
• Lead initiatives focused on failure elimination, maintainability, and system performance across:
  • Production equipment and processes
  • Utilities and facilities systems
  • Controls and safety systems
• Design and implement value‑added preventive maintenance (PM) programs
• Drive predictive maintenance (PdM) and non‑destructive testing methodologies
• Analyze repetitive equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions that improve:
  • Production capacity
  • Product quality
  • Operating costs
  • Regulatory and safety compliance
• Provide hands‑on technical support during routine and urgent equipment issues
• Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen Maintenance team capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a Reliability Engineer or Reliability Specialist role
• Previous maintenance experience (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly preferred

• Strong planning and organizational skills
