Inspector Job Description
A leading concrete repair contractor is seeking dedicated and skilled concrete inspectors to manage and oversee restoration projects effectively.
Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of concrete repair projects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to perform inspections and repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Maintain safety standards and protocols throughout the inspection process.
- Utilize Procore for project management and documentation.
- Proficiency in concrete and concrete repair techniques.
- Experience with masonry and hand tools.
- Knowledge of RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Familiarity with Procore software.
- Commitment to safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
- Reliability and willingness to learn.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle physical work and machinery.
The work environment consists of on-site work five days a week, typically from 7 AM to 3 PM. There may be potential for overnight or second shifts on large-scale projects. This is a growing firm with projects throughout the Tristate area.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
