Reliability Engineer $85K–$95K – Morristown, TN Responsibilities
- Lead and develop facilities reliability program
- Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams
- Guide initiatives focused on reliability, maintainability, and failure elimination
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering or Reliability Specialist role
- Previous experience in maintenance role (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly preferred
Competitive pay ($85,000–$95,000/year)
