Job SummaryMechanical Engineer – Offshore Reliability with a minimum of 12 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. The role is situated in the Oil & Gas / Refinery (Offshore) sector, with operations in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for offshore mechanical equipment.
- Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability to minimize downtime and operational risks.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Support offshore maintenance teams in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas / Refinery (Offshore) industry.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in offshore environments and comply with safety regulations.
