Controls Engineer

• Design, deploy, and optimize plant‑floor control networks, robotics, and industrial information systems.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to maximize reliability, eliminate waste, and enhance safety.
• Act as automation ambassador for global technology transfer.
• Maintain OT cybersecurity and perform patching of manufacturing equipment.
• Lead capital‑expense projects; manage schedules, scopes, cost, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
• Maintain compliance documentation aligning with quality, EP&R, and EHS standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years manufacturing/supply‑chain operations with 2+ years of controls systems engineering and PID tuning.
• Expertise in Allen‑Bradley Control Logix PLCs and the Wonderware ecosystem.
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution, motor controls, and industrial networking protocols.
• Experience with plant‑floor database management, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and SAP interfaces.
• Manufacturing hardware troubleshooting in a cGMP environment.

• BS/ MS in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or MBA.
• Background in cGMP manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EOHS and Quality standards.

Salary Range: $96,800.00 – $ USD. Additional benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, 15 vacation days (or 120 hours for hourly), 13 paid holidays, sick leave. Bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive roles may apply.
