Operations- Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Assists the Manager in scheduling, cut‑of scheduling, and assigning team breaks
- Supports inventory counts, ordering products, and receiving products
- Maintains a high level of Skin for follow‑up and client retention
- Drives store and individual sales goals
- Monitors professional and retail product inventory and supply usage
- Coaches team on customer service protocols to ensure consistency for each client
- Identifies opportunities for growth in staffing, average ticket, and rebooking
- Demonstrates high standards for customer service
- Assists in training Front Bar Receptionists to provide exceptional customer service and sell products, services, and memberships
- Teaches new and existing Front Bar Receptionists opening/closing procedures, cleanliness standards, and task list maintenance
- Supports the Manager in holding the team accountable for service, product, and membership sales
- Ensures FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are met in daily operations
- Conducts product, retail, and membership training for Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians as needed
- Works with the Manager on implementing ongoing in‑store training
- Meets or exceeds financial metrics including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, and retail revenue
- Identifies growth opportunities within staffing and store sales
- Executes comprehensive marketing plans to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness
- Utilizes social media, email campaigns, partnerships, and events to promote national and local promotions and brand initiatives
- Creates on‑brand social media content
- Ensures all print and digital promotional materials are on‑brand and approved
- May submit marketing and creative requests
- Plans and executes events to increase brand awareness and client bookings
- Participates in in‑store and off‑site events to boost brand visibility
- 1–2 years of prior leadership and/or marketing experience
- Availability to work onsite events, nights, and weekends
