The Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. The position focuses on deepening client relationships through excellent service, personalized advice, and proactive sales efforts, supporting the banking center’s sales objectives.

• Proactively engage clients in financial discussions, promoting deposit accounts, loans, and referrals to other banking lines.
• Identify client needs, guide them through banking products, and assist with account openings and loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals.
• Make referrals to bank partners for additional products and services.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching colleagues on sales and product knowledge.
• Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and support efficient banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management procedures.
• Assist in training staff, supporting operational duties, and maintaining audit controls.

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• No specific licenses required, but compliance with background checks and licensing regulations is necessary.
