Overview

Location: 4 day's a week onsite in Morristown, NJ

Job Type: Permanent

Compensation Range: $150,000-$175,000

We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Manager to lead and execute the strategy, development, and optimization of our web ecosystem, which includes two primary websites and multiple ancillary sites. This is a highly hands-on role—you will not only define the vision and roadmap but also roll up your sleeves to manage day-to-day execution. As the senior member of a two-person team, you will drive strategic initiatives while actively managing content, development sprints, and vendor deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and will manage multiple vendor relationships while driving agile development practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead & Execute:
    Own the end-to-end delivery of web initiatives—from strategy to execution; actively manage backlog, write user stories, and ensure timely sprint delivery; serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and hands-on platform work.
  • Product Ownership & Strategy:
    Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for all web properties; align web initiatives with business goals, marketing strategies, and customer experience objectives; prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and stakeholder input.
  • Content Strategy:
    Drive the website content strategy, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice, SEO best practices, and customer engagement goals; collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling, personalized, and dynamic content experiences; establish governance for content creation, approval, and publishing processes.
  • Innovation & Advanced Tools:
    Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation across web platforms; leverage AI-driven solutions and advanced marketing tools to enhance personalization, automate workflows, and improve user experience; champion experimentation and pilot programs for new features, personalization, and interactive experiences.
  • Agile Leadership:
    Serve as Scrum Master for the web development team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming; champion agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Platform & Vendor Management:
    Oversee implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and related tools; manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards; coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and marketing.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making; drive personalization and testing strategies using Adobe Target; recommend and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in digital product management or ownership, with a focus on web platforms.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and GA4.
  • Proven track record managing multiple vendors and complex web ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience serving as Scrum Master in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content strategy, drive innovation, and execute deliverables.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO, UX best practices, and web accessibility standards.
