About The Job

We are seeking a data-savvy and insight-driven Advocacy Data Analytics Lead to support our growing Advocacy Marketing function. This role will be responsible for measuring the performance and ROI of influencer campaigns across consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences, uncovering insights that inform strategy, improve content effectiveness, and guide investment decisions.

As the analytics lead embedded within the influencer team, you’ll work closely with influencer managers, digital marketing, brand leads, and executive stakeholders to provide clarity, transparency, and actionable recommendations in a highly dynamic space.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define, track, and report KPI’s across influencer campaigns including:
    • Reach & impressions
    • Engagement rates
    • Conversion metrics (clicks, signups, purchases)
    • Sentiment analysis
    • Earned media value (EMV)
    • Cost per action (CPA)
  • Create dashboards and performance scorecards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Develop standardized methodologies for measuring influencer impact across consumer and HCP segments.
  • Collaborate with digital and brand analytics teams to align influencer measurement with broader marketing attribution models.
  • Integrate influencer performance data with other digital touchpoints (e.g., email, paid media, landing pages) for a holistic view of consumer engagement.
  • Conduct trend analysis and audience profiling to guide influencer selection and content planning.
  • Perform A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to identify content formats, channels, and messaging that perform best.
  • Partner with the Director and influencer managers to turn insights into actionable strategy enhancements.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics in line with privacy standards and platform policies.
  • Maintain a clean, auditable database of influencer content and outcomes.
  • Work with consumer and HCP influencer managers to create custom briefs that include success benchmarks and analytics requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders across marketing, legal, and executive teams.
  • Contribute to budget planning and forecasting based on past campaign outcomes and predictive modeling.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing analytics, or performance measurement.
  • Prior experience in social media or influencer analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Creator

    IQ, GRIN, Traackr), social listening tools, and attribution software.
  • Strong command of data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with R or Python is a plus.
  • Ability to translate data into clear stories and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Background in consumer health, wellness, or digital health brands preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, FTC, FDA) as they relate to influencer content and reporting preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing teams with both B2C and HCP-facing initiatives preferred.
