Sailpoint Developer

Position Overview

Seeking a SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and support SailPoint identity governance solutions. This role will focus on building custom configurations, enhancing existing implementations, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing system performance to ensure secure and efficient identity management across the organization.

• Design and configure SailPoint solutions using declarative features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing SailPoint implementations, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable identity management solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and enhancements
• Integrate SailPoint Identity Now (IDN) with both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors, including Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, web services, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems
• Leverage SailPoint APIs for custom integrations and advanced functionality

• Strong hands‑on experience with SailPoint development tools, including scripting, Transforms, and Visual Studio Code
• Solid understanding of SailPoint architecture, security principles, and best practices
• Experience with API‑based integrations and customization
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and within Agile or cross‑functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, core and business online banking platforms

• 7+ years of hands‑on SailPoint development experience
• SailPoint certification preferred
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and business online banking platforms
